Nach Abschuss von Bestellungen löschen oder anonymisieren wir Kundendaten, die keiner gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflicht unterliegen automatisch aus unserem Shop-System.

Ganz einfach - Team COPIARO hat sich 3 Dingen verschrieben: Bitcoin, eCommerce und Fulfillment Dienstleistungen
Unser Team vereint langjährige Erfahrung aus den Bereichen IT, eCommerce, Einkauf und Logistik. Seit unserer Gründung in 2019  - Block 594.194 - betreiben wir ein erfolgreiches eCommerce Unternehmen mit dem Fokus auf Produkte zum Thema Bitcoin.
In unserem Shop befinden sich daher zahlreiche entsprechende Produkte, und es werden täglich mehr. Wir möchten jedoch nachhaltig wachsen, daher erweiteren wir unser Portfolio nur schrittweise und in angemessenem Tempo. Außerdem legen wir besonderen Wert auf Produkte von hoher Qualität. Daher streben wir mit unseren Lieferanten eine gute und langfristige Partnerschaft an.
Seit Juni 2021 stellen wir unsere Infrastruktur und Fulfillment Know-How auch anderen Unternehmen und Startups zur Verfügung (B2B):

Who is behind Copiaro?

Our team combines many years of experience in IT, eCommerce, purchasing and logistics. Since our foundation in 2019 - Block 594.194 - we have been running a successful eCommerce company with a focus on Bitcoin-related products. Our store therefore contains numerous corresponding products, with more being added every day.

No. I what a scammer would say... ;)

But joking aside, the purchase of a hardware wallet should only be made from trustworthy sources. We have been an official partner of all manufacturers in our portfolio for many years and only purchase directly from the manufacturers or their distributors. So you've come to the right place.

We ship worldwide in discreet packaging with our partners DHL and UPS. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day.

You can of course return damaged or defective products free of charge.
We do not cover the return costs of returns, e.g. due to the exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Please note that the right of withdrawal for hardware wallets expires as soon as the security seal has been opened.

We do not (yet) have a brick & mortar store and sell exclusively online and at events.

However, as we are aware that the purchase of hardware wallets and other security-related products requires a high degree of privacy, orders can be collected from our warehouse on request. This allows us to make the transaction as private as possible within the limits of the law (e.g. cash payment).
